Complete documentation for ShakerX shakers — all in one place and ready to download.
Each document is available as a PDF file.
We manufacture ShakerX shakers in Poland from virgin polypropylene (virgin PP) approved for repeated food contact — BPA-free, DEHP-free, lead-free, and free from toxic substances. Production takes place in a facility certified to BRCGS Packaging Materials (AA rating) and ISO 9001:2015 standards, and finished products undergo testing at an accredited laboratory, J.S. Hamilton Poland.
We know what the purchasing process looks like for retail chains, supplement brands, fitness chains, and advertising agencies: before a decision is made, the quality department must approve the documents. That is why we provide a complete set — declarations of compliance, facility certificates, migration and heavy metal content test reports, and bulk packaging documentation compliant with the PPWR (EU) 2025/40 regulation.
All files are free and do not require registration. If you need a document in a different language version or issued for a specific order number — write to us.
All our products are approved for food contact.
A fundamental document for anyone purchasing a product intended for food contact. The declaration, issued in accordance
with Annex IV to Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011, confirms that it is suitable for repeated, direct contact with all types of food.
The document contains a full list of substances subject to restrictions along with CAS numbers and specific migration limits (SML),
information about the material used (PP), and all available colorants.
The declaration refers to, among others, Regulations (EC) No. 1935/2004, (EC) No. 2023/2006 (GMP), (EC) No. 1895/2005, and the Act
on food and nutrition safety.

Declaration of compliance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR), covering three product items: SHAKER X 400 ML, SHAKER X 700 ML, and 2in1 flat cap — all made from virgin PP raw material.
The document confirms, among other things, that the total content of lead, cadmium, mercury, and hexavalent chromium does not exceed the limit of 100 mg/kg,
and that the total fluorine content and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) meet PPWR requirements — which has been confirmed by laboratory tests. The declaration also covers Design for Recycling for the PP waste stream
and compliance with circular economy principles.
Statement of compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) for SHAKER X 400, SHAKER X 700, and 2in1 flat cap products.
We confirm that the product does not contain substances from the current Candidate List of SVHC in a concentration exceeding 0.1% by mass,
and that the raw materials used come from manufacturers and importers fulfilling registration obligations resulting from REACH.
The declaration is based on supplier documentation, safety data sheets (SDS), material specifications, and internal
compliance assessment. We monitor changes to the Candidate List published by ECHA on an ongoing basis.
Test report performed by J.S. Hamilton Poland Sp. z o.o. — a laboratory accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation
(PCA AB 079). A complete set was tested: the shaker container along with the lid and cap made of the same material.
The scope of testing includes global migration in four food simulants (10% ethanol, 3% acetic acid, 95% ethanol, and isooctane) in a cycle of three consecutive tests intended for reusable products, as well as heavy metal content (Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr VI),
total fluorine, and a wide panel of PFAS compounds according to PPWR requirements. All results covered by the evaluation criteria achieved a “Compliant” status.

A summary of technical and logistical parameters for both shaker capacities — essential for transport pricing, warehouse planning,
and preparing print designs.
Documentation for the transport packaging in which we ship the shakers — flap carton in FEFCO 0201 design,
dimensions 605 × 400 × 470 mm, 5BC corrugated cardboard with a basis weight of 583 g/m².
The sheet contains data needed for PPWR reporting by the recipient: material composition (approx. 99% paper and cardboard, glue less than 1%, no print or inks), material code PAP 20 according to Decision 97/129/EC, waste code 15 01 01, renewable material content over 95%
and estimated recycled content over 80%. The packaging is suitable for material recycling and can be collected in the paper stream.
