CHOCOLATE TAHINI SHAKE
- 2 cups of low-fat milk (or plant-based milk)
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of honey (or agave syrup)
