What does your ordering, realization and delivery process look like?

– Customer places an order using the form on

– ShakerX representative contacts a client by e-mail or by phone within 24 hours (Monday to Friday)

– Setting order details: checking the graphics / logos, colors/PMS requirements, confirmation of the quantity

– Visualization and calculation preparation in line with the client’s requirements

– Order confirmation by a client

– Contract / proforma invoice sending for an order

– After a payment is received, an order is passed for production

– When order is ready to dispatch, a consignment note is sent to client’s e-mail

– Lead time for standard order from 3 to 7 business days*

* For orders up to 5,000 pcs delivery time from 3 to 7 working days. For orders over 5,000 pcs, the lead time will be set individually. The lead time depends on an order size, a number of print colors chosen and a number of orders awaiting for realization. Please note the lead time is counted from the moment a payment is received.

Shipping cost

At the stage of visualization and calculation preparation, you will receive a calculation of shipping costs. We cooperate with reliable delivery partners and we choose the most favorable courier company in terms pricing for a given country.
