Branding the entire set
The consistency of the set relies on a uniform print. We carry it out using screen printing, around the body – the graphic covers the field of practically the entire circumference (except for a narrow strip of the measuring scale), identically on each element of the set.
The price of the print depends on the number of colors, not the size or which element it is. A logo on the entire field costs the same as a small one on the side. Standardly 1-3 colors. It is worth having color codes from the brandbook at the brief stage so that all elements of the set maintain the same standard.
Documentation and ordering
The entire line has a full set of documentation for contact with food: declaration of conformity (EU 1935/2004, 10/2011, GMP), migration tests from an accredited laboratory (J.S. Hamilton), compliance with REACH and PPWR, production in a facility with ISO 9001:2015 and BRCGS. The material is PP from virgin raw material, BPA free.
The minimum order is calculated per carton for each element: 60 pieces for 400 ml, 56 for 700 ml. If the set combines two capacities or two products, each has its own carton MOQ – it is worth calculating this when planning the print run.
